Over on the Tropo blog, we’re revisiting our series on building a cloud-based virtual call center using Phono and CouchDB.

This new installment has an emphasis on ease of use and quick, painless deployment.

We’re providing the option of deploying this solution without an Asterisk instance or even an Asterisk AGI application.

A simple Tropo script and an instance of CouchDB are all that you need to power a fully featured virtual call center solution.
