Two classes are available:

Voxeo Prophecy Overview – 2 days (this course is FREE of charge!). Get the complete big picture about all Prophecy components and features – both on premise and in hosting.

Prophecy Installation and Administration – 2 days (800 USD/EUR per seat). Learn to master the complete Prophecy on premise lifecycle: from sizing and installation, configuration and administration, monitoring and telephony- / speech engine integration, to carrier-grade setups and troubleshooting. Participation in Prophecy Overview required.
