What was Voxeo doing at ITEXPO East 2011 last week in Miami? What is new with “cloud communications”? What are our customers asking us about? What new technology is emerging for communications?

Every six months at the ITEXPO events, I usually sit down with a TMC editor to talk on video about what’s new and interesting… and last week was no different. I sat down with TMC’s Pat Barnard to talk about the panels we were speaking on at ITEXPO and the Cloud Communications Summit and the answers to those questions above. Considering that this interview was not scheduled in advance but was rather a result of walking by their video area and being asked “How about recording an interview right now?“, I thought it came off well.
