In "The Security Saga of SysAdmin Steve", Dan York tells the story of a system administrator who inherits a VoIP system and has to cope with a range of security issues caused by the antics of "Juvenile Joe" - and what Steve could do to deal with those issues. The presentation at ClueCon 2009 ran about 15 minutes and involved 248 slides. The video then includes the Q&A session after the presentation.
